Noah KOUADRI KHAZAR
Computing at the Quantum Frontier Where Physics Meets Humanity
Noah's Ark Quantum Tech Lab pioneers quantum computing, aerospace technology, and digital solidarity — reducing the technological divide through frontier research in quantum sciences, aerothermodynamics, and inclusive digital platforms. Based in Castres, France.
Pushing the Boundaries
of Quantum Science
Our interdisciplinary team bridges quantum computing, aerospace engineering, and digital solidarity — translating frontier science into tools that serve humanity at every level.
Fault-Tolerant Quantum
Computing Architecture
Our flagship research develops novel topological qubit architectures capable of sustaining coherence beyond millisecond thresholds. Through surface code refinements and our proprietary Ark-Error-Correction (AEC) protocol, we achieve 99.97% fidelity — enabling practical quantum advantage for real-world optimisation, simulation, and cryptographic workloads.
Post-Quantum Cryptography
Our PQC division develops lattice-based cryptographic systems compliant with NIST PQC standards — protecting Europe's digital infrastructure against quantum-era attacks with CRYSTALS-Kyber and CRYSTALS-Dilithium implementations.
Space & Aerospace Technology
Our aerospace division employs specialists in aerothermodynamics and atmospheric re-entry physics, developing quantum simulation tools for hypersonic flow modelling, thermal protection design, and satellite orbit optimisation in partnership with CNES.
Digital Solidarity Platforms
We develop accessible e-learning platforms, telehealth tools, and civic tech infrastructure for underserved communities across France and Francophone Africa — bridging the digital divide with quantum-enhanced data processing.
Quantum Machine Learning
We develop variational quantum algorithms and quantum neural networks that exploit superposition and entanglement to achieve exponential speedups on classically intractable optimisation and pattern recognition tasks.
Engineering Quantum
Advantage
From hardware at millikelvin temperatures to cloud-native quantum APIs and digital solidarity platforms — our full-stack approach delivers end-to-end quantum solutions for science and society.

Born from a Vision
of a Quantum World
Noah Kouadri Khazar is a researcher, entrepreneur, and technology visionary whose multidisciplinary expertise spans quantum computing, aerospace engineering, and digital solidarity. Based in Castres, France, he is the proud recipient of the SCAIRA 2026 Award — recognising outstanding scientific innovation and applied research impact.
As President and CTO of the Noah's Ark Technology Digital Solidarity initiative, Noah leads projects bridging the digital divide in education and healthcare. His expertise in aerothermodynamics and atmospheric re-entry positions NAQTL at the crossroads of space technology and quantum innovation.
Noah's Ark Quantum Tech Lab (NAQTL) is a research and innovation organisation registered in Castres, Occitanie, France — operating at the frontier of quantum computing, space technology, and digital solidarity. We are closely tied to the Noah's Ark Technology Digital Solidarity initiative, which works to reduce the digital divide in education, healthcare, and civic access.
France's scientific ecosystem, anchored by ISAE-SUPAERO and Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, provides the ideal environment. We collaborate with CNES on atmospheric entry modelling and space vehicle design — embedding quantum simulation into real-world aerospace engineering challenges.
Supported by Bpifrance and La French Tech, NAQTL unites quantum physicists, aerospace engineers, cryptographers, and digital inclusion advocates under one conviction: technology must serve humanity — not just the privileged few.
