Based in Castres, France, he received the SCAIRA 2026 Award recognising outstanding scientific innovation and real-world impact.

As President of the Noah's Ark Technology Digital Solidarity initiative, Noah leads projects reducing the digital divide — proving that cutting-edge quantum research and social responsibility are not in conflict, but mutually reinforcing.

Noah's Ark Quantum Tech Lab (NAQTL) is a research and innovation organisation registered in Castres, Occitanie, France — at the intersection of quantum computing, space technology, and digital inclusion.

France's rich scientific ecosystem — anchored by ISAE-SUPAERO, Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, and CNES — provides the ideal environment for our work. We are Bpifrance Deep Tech-funded and part of La French Tech Occitanie's innovation network.
