Noah KOUADRI KHAZAR
Computing at the Quantum Frontier Where Physics Meets Humanity
Noah's Ark Quantum Tech Lab pioneers fault-tolerant quantum computing, post-quantum cryptography, aerospace technology, and digital solidarity — reducing the technological divide through frontier research. Based in Castres, France.
Pushing the Boundaries
of Quantum Science
Five interlocking programs bridging quantum hardware, post-quantum security, aerospace engineering, and digital inclusion — each aligned with the most significant global breakthroughs of 2024–2026.
Fault-Tolerant Quantum
Computing Architecture
Our flagship program develops topological qubit architectures sustaining coherence beyond millisecond thresholds. Building directly on Google Willow's below-threshold error correction (Dec 2024) and Microsoft's Majorana 1 topological qubit (Feb 2025), our proprietary Ark-Error-Correction (AEC) protocol achieves 99.97% fidelity at 1 MHz repetition rates — enabling practical quantum advantage for drug discovery, combinatorial optimisation, and cryptographic workloads classically intractable.
Post-Quantum Cryptography
Fully compliant with NIST's Aug 2024 final PQC standards (FIPS 203/204/205), our PQC Shield Suite v2 implements CRYSTALS-Kyber and CRYSTALS-Dilithium to protect European critical infrastructure against "harvest now, decrypt later" quantum attacks. FIPS 140-3 certification in progress with ANSSI.
Space & Aerospace Technology
Quantum-accelerated CFD for hypersonic aerothermodynamics and atmospheric re-entry, developed with CNES. Our hybrid solver achieves 40x speedup over classical Navier-Stokes methods. Applications: thermal protection systems, ablation modelling, satellite trajectory QAOA optimisation.
Digital Solidarity Platforms
Quantum-personalised STEM e-learning, telehealth, and civic tech for underserved communities in France and Francophone Africa. Currently 12,000+ active learners with 34% better outcomes vs. traditional methods. Offline-capable PWA. Target: 100,000 beneficiaries by 2027.
Quantum Machine Learning
VQE and QAOA variational algorithms for exponential speedups on drug discovery molecular simulation (12x vs GPU on 50-qubit circuits), logistics optimisation on 1000+ node graphs, and quantum neural networks for satellite imagery classification.
NAQTL actively integrates global advances: our AEC protocol builds on Google Willow's surface-code threshold; our topological qubit program parallels Microsoft's Majorana approach; and PQC Shield Suite is fully FIPS 203/204/205 compliant from day one.
Engineering Quantum
Advantage — End to End
From superconducting hardware at 15 millikelvin to cloud-native quantum APIs and digital solidarity platforms — NAQTL delivers a complete, EU-sovereign quantum stack.
Born from a Vision
of a Quantum World for All
Noah is a researcher, entrepreneur, and technology visionary whose multidisciplinary expertise spans quantum computing, aerospace engineering (aerothermodynamics, atmospheric re-entry physics), and digital solidarity. Based in Castres, France, he received the SCAIRA 2026 Award recognising outstanding scientific innovation and real-world impact.
As President of the Noah's Ark Technology Digital Solidarity initiative, Noah leads projects reducing the digital divide — proving that cutting-edge quantum research and social responsibility are not in conflict, but mutually reinforcing.
Noah's Ark Quantum Tech Lab (NAQTL) is a research and innovation organisation registered in Castres, Occitanie, France — at the intersection of quantum computing, space technology, and digital inclusion.
France's rich scientific ecosystem — anchored by ISAE-SUPAERO, Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III, and CNES — provides the ideal environment for our work. We are Bpifrance Deep Tech-funded and part of La French Tech Occitanie's innovation network.
Our team's conviction: quantum technology must serve all of humanity — not just the privileged few.
